Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that during peak periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs inspections or clearance

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

Armer Collection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other third parties after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

Armer Collection is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your parcel.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your claim and provide a suitable resolution where appropriate.
